Mother’s Day Ideas from PaperVine

Hi Everyone
Thought I would share a few ideas for great last minute Mother’s Day gifts. All of these posts can be seen on my blog – simply click the title of the post to be taken there.

The pages of this album come already covered in paper, but why not create one with plain chipboard or recycles cereal boxes. Keep pieces plain and square or use Spellbinders to cut to shape. See an example of that technique here.

Grab a few buttons or beads or even pieces of printed chipboard and make these neat little glass markers.

This was created for Valentine’s Day – but if you have a pack of cards lying around you can easily adapt this idea to create a unique gift for a very special lady.

Dig into your crafty supplies and find some pink and green paper to whip up these delicious looking strawberries. Fill them with  chocolates for a Mother’s Day Treat!

Create an album with a few pictures using just one sheet of 12×12 scrapbook paper! There is a full-color step-by-step tutorial at this link

Flowers made from paper are both a unique and everlasting gift (not to mention a quick idea if you are a bit stuck at the last minute!)
I hope you have enjoyed this quick recap of ideas – and have a Happy Mother’s Day on Sunday.
