“Charlottes Dream” Mini Albums (Kaisercraft)

Hi Everyone Today I am sharing a couple more projects I created for Kaisercraft using their April Collection – Charlotte’s Dream. This is not the style of Collection I normally work with – but the colors are lovely and the graphics are very detailed.   To see the full Collections on Kaisercraft’s website – click here. To see the products at amazon.com click here.   Blessing Album This blank album is a great gift idea – the cover is already decorated and the recipient just has to add their own pictures. You could use this for any number of occasions. Vintage AlbumA super-simple album created using the technique shown here. This is also blank inside Simple Note Books These are simply cheap notebooks covered in paper and decorated with a couple of stickers.  Please post a comment with any questions – Lowri 🙂 I am linking up this post to these websites here.

“Fine and Sunny” Wall Art & Mini Album (Kaisercraft)

Hi Everyone It’s the last day of April so I thought I would share some projects I created for Kaisercraft using their April Collection – Fine and Sunny. To see the full Collections on Kaisercraft’s website – click here. To see the products at amazon.com click here. The Letter “C” I created this for my daughter’s room. It’s fun and just a tiny bit girly – just like her! Baby Mini Album I wish I had some photos of the inside of this album but I sent it off in such a rush that I didn’t get a chance to take any!  Treat Containers These little treat containers are a great way to use up scraps. I have a full tutorial on my blog here. This really is a fun collection – and tomorrow I have a couple to share using the other April Collection – Charlotte’s Dream. Please post a comment with any questions – Lowri 🙂 I am linking up this post to these websites here.

Fine & Sunny Drawers / Kaisercraft Winner

Hi Everyone I recently created this set of drawers using the Kaisercraft Fine and Sunny Collection – it was even on display at CHA earlier in the year which made me pretty pleased! At the end of this post I have also announced the winner of my recent Kaisercraft Giveaway. Fine and Sunny Mini Drawers To make these I sanded then painted all the pieces before assembling using a strong wood-glue. Each drawer is decorated with paper from the collection and some resin blooms. The sides of the drawers are decorated using the stickers and chipboard. These mini drawers are really easy to put together. Kaisercraft seem to have really ironed out any technical problems they had in the past which meant you had to file some pieces to fit – these fit like a glove! Kaisercraft Giveaway Now to announce the winner of my recent Kaisercraft Technologic Giveaway. The randomly picked winner is Ruth G from Winfield, IL who left the 128th comment. Congratulations Ruth – please email me here so I can arrange to send your prize. I had over 200 entries to this giveaway and I would like to thank each and every person for commenting and […]

Fun Family Frame (Kaisercraft)

Hi Everyone The second of my Kaisercraft Technologic projects to share today and it’s one of my all-time favorites! Please note that the contest previously detailed here has closed. You can see who won here.  Family Frame This project shows that this collection doesn’t have to all be about boys projects and robots! The bright colors in this collection made a great base for this family photo frame project. This project was also published in the Kaisercraft March Magazine so I have instructions too!  Instructions Paint all edges and the base with 2 coats of deep turquoise paint. Print photos to fit the three largest of the stand-up pieces. Back all four stands with paper of your choosing and adhere the photos to the front. Create borders along the top edge with pieces from the sticker sheet. Apply chosen rubons to strips of paper or elements from the paper pad and mount onto photos using dimensional tape. Plaint some plain chipboard stars in co-ordinating colours and attach a sparklet into the centre for extra shine.  Decorate the front (smallest) piece of your display using elements from the collection and a die-cut shipboard frame. Using more stickers and rhinestones – decorate […]
